Mix together:
2lbs Ground Beef
Meat loaf mix
1Cup dry bread crumbs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 Egg beaten
2T Ketchup
1-1/2t salt
1/4t pepper
1/4t dry mustard
1 small onion grated or chopped
1t. celery seed
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Shape:
the Meat on cooking sheet. Squeeze ketchup and Sprinkle parsley on top.
Bake:
at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours

Salad for All Seasons
Dressing
Mix:
2T orange juice
2T lime juice
2T Dijon mustard
2T honey
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
Salad
8 cups greens
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Blue Cheese to taste
1 Large Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
1 small Avocado
Walnut to taste, if desired
Toss:
Salad and Dressing together.
Enjoy!
Mix:

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 T coarse grain mustard
2 T fresh lime juice
1.5 T fresh lemon joice
1.5 t Salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Pour over:
Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp or Pork
Enjoy!

Meat Lover's Spaghetti Sauce
Fry in a large Dutch Oven:
6 to 8 slices bacon
Brown:
24 Ounces Ground Beef (or blend of Meats, if desired)
1 large Onion
2 ribs celery, chopped
Season salt to taste
Stir in:
1(18-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1(14-ounce) jar artichoke hearts (optional)
1(14-0unce) can italian style stewed tomatoes
1(6-ounce) can tomato paste
1(2-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained (optional)
1 cup red wine
Add:
2 t black pepper
1 t oregano, crushed
1 t basil, crushed
1/2 t (or more!)ground red pepper
1 bay leaf
Simmer:
For one hour or to the desired consistency, stirring occassionally.
Taste:
Occassionally to make sure you have desired seasoning.
Discard:
The bay leaf and spoon the sauce over pasta of your choice.
Don't forget the Parmesan Cheese!

Kathy's Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Sift the following:

2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg [I just use @2 tsp pumkin pie spice as a substitute for these three ingredients]
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix:
Flour mixture into Pumpkin mixture
Pour:
Into a greased and floured 12 x 18 x 1" pan or 2 standard round cake pans.
Bake:
350 for 25 minutes.

1 tsp vanilla

Cool:
The sauce and pour over coated Steak.
Marinate:
For at least 2hrs.

One side of the ball into colored sugar. Place sugar side up on cookie sheet
